Marlon Bodden is the Director of the Cayman Islands Customs and Border Control Service (CBC), bringing more than 40 years of law enforcement experience and strategic leadership to the role. A seasoned professional, he is dedicated to enhancing the safety, security, and integrity of the Cayman Islands' borders.

Prior to his appointment as Director, Mr. Bodden served in several senior leadership positions, including Deputy Director of CBC for Management Support Services, Deputy Director of Labour within the Ministry of Education and Gender Affairs, and Detective Superintendent with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated extensive expertise in law enforcement, organizational leadership, and public sector management.

Mr. Bodden holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Liverpool, earned through the Cayman Islands Law School. He is a Notary Public, a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and a member of both the International Narcotic Officers Association and the FBI National Academy Associates.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree at Liverpool John Moores University, further advancing his knowledge of law, leadership, and governance
