The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (OfReg) is the independent multisector regulatory authority with responsibility for energy and electricity, fuel, information and communication technology (ICT), and water and wastewater sectors. Created by the enactment of the Utilities Regulations and Competition (URC) Act, OfReg, enforces compliance for licencees through the administration of penalties and fines as dictated by the URC Act and respective sector Acts. OfReg has wide powers for consumer protection and is particularly mandated to facilitate innovation in the sectors for which it has responsibility for the promotion of economic development. The accountant assists the Head of Finance to ensure that OfReg’s assets and financial accounts are maintained prudently in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), the Public Management and Finance Act, the Public Authorities Act, and other statutes designed to strengthen fiscal prudence and oversight.

The Public Service Pensions Board (PSPB) is a statutory authority established to administer the public sector pension plans in the Cayman Islands. These include: the Public Service Pensions Plan, the Parliamentary Pensions Plan and the Judicial Pensions Plan. Both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution types of provisions are involved. 

The PSPB is seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications and Public Relations Manager to elevate our voice, and visibility in the pension administration and member services space.  This role requires a seasoned communicator, who can operate across multiple tiers of engagement, from individual members to technical experts such as actuaries and policy advisors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and targeted messaging that supports our mission, enhances member understanding, and strengthens stakeholder confidence.  In addition, the role will lead the development of a savvy and impactful social media presence, positioning the PSPB as a specialist and thought leader in the field.

The Customer Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering professional, first-point-of-contact services to all clients, visitors, and stakeholders at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI). The post holder will ensure a positive and efficient initial experience while providing essential administrative support to management and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a busy and dynamic environment.

The Customer Experience Associate will report directly to the Vice President of Business and Operations (VPBO) or their designee and assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors to UCCI.

The Public Service Pensions Board (PSPB) is looking for a Director, Plan Administration to play a critical role in driving efficient and effective administration for the Cayman Islands public servants.

As a public authority, PSPB administers four public sector pension plans, the Public Service Pension Plan, Parliamentary Pension Plan, Judicial Pension Plan and the Ex-Gratia scheme, encompassing both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution benefits.

Responsible for the general maintenance and gardening at Pedro St. James and all other buildings and gardens on the property.

Carry out administrative, coordination, technical documentation, system and process evaluation duties relating to the CNS Section. The provision of Aeronautical Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) systems, in the Cayman Islands falls under the Cayman Islands Airports Authority whose responsibility is to ensure safe, efficient, and regular aircraft operations in the Territory. Aeronautical CNS services is an integral part of safe aircraft operations, which requires personnel that are technically qualified to ensure that the CNS equipment is adequately installed, maintained and operational at all times. 

Participate in ensuring that the Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) and Air Traffic Management (ATM) standards in the Cayman Islands meet local and international standards and recommended practices. Support the Manager CNS and team in ensuring uninterrupted safe service and to identifying risks to Aeronautical Telecommunication Services safety, efficiency and continuity of service.
